Pack your own water and snacks! The botanical garden is expansive with plenty of beautiful sights to see, but refreshment options are limited. The cafe right at the entrance only sells small, pricey bottles of water. To stay comfortable and hydrated during your walk, we highly recommend bringing a refillable water bottle and some snacks with you before you enter.

Pretty pretty pretty! I had no idea so many types of roses even existed and all in one place? Mind blown. Such a gorgeous spot!

June is peak rose month and the best time to visit! The roses are truly impressive in their variety, arrangement, and fragrance (early in the morning is better if you want to smell them).

Stopped by here while in the garden and was impressed with the amount of roses in bloom and the side variety of them. Layout of the garden is very easy to follow and allows for many photo opportunities. This should be one of your main stops if you are visiting the botanical garden. The rose garden is also very fragrant and peaceful.

I went on the first Sunday in June and all the flowers were in full bloom. There must be hundreds of species of rose in here. It smells amazing. Not very many crowds either, which is surprising considering it was a weekend.
